This sweepstakes promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Sunshine Lots LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Sponsor," "we," "us"). The Promotion is administered through the Sunshine Lots Sweepstakes Arcade located at www.sunshinelots.com. All questions, claims, and correspondence regarding this Promotion should be directed to: [email protected].
2. Promotion Overview
Sunshine Lots operates a dual-currency sweepstakes arcade. Players may obtain and use two types of virtual coins:
- Golden Coins (GC) — a free virtual currency used for gameplay. Golden Coins have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash prizes, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Accumulated Golden Coins may be redeemed for merchandise as described in Section 8c.
- Sweep Coins (SC) — a free promotional sweepstakes currency. Sweep Coins are obtained at no cost, used in eligible sweepstakes gameplay, and may be redeemed for gift card prizes subject to the limits and conditions in these Rules. Sweep Coins have no monetary value except as expressly redeemable under these Rules.
The Promotion is structured as a 90-day sweepstakes. A new Promotion Period begins approximately every three (3) months. Each Promotion Period has its own prize pool as described in Section 7. Participation in the Promotion is free. No purchase is necessary or permitted to improve the odds of winning.
3. Promotion Period
Each Promotion Period runs for approximately ninety (90) consecutive days ("Promotion Period"). The start and end dates of the current Promotion Period are displayed on the Sunshine Lots arcade page and in the player account dashboard. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel a Promotion Period with reasonable advance notice posted on the site. All redemptions must be submitted before the close of the Promotion Period in which the Sweep Coins were earned or carried over.
4. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be a legal resident of the United States;
- Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
- Have a valid, verifiable identity for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes prior to any redemption;
- Provide tax identification information (e.g., IRS Form W-9) if required under Section 10;
- Not reside in a jurisdiction where this type of sweepstakes promotion is prohibited.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. This Promotion is void in the states of Idaho, Nevada, Michigan, and Washington, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Residents of these states may register and play with Golden Coins for entertainment only but are not eligible to obtain or redeem Sweep Coins. It is each participant's sole responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sunshine Lots LLC and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes component of the Promotion.
5. No Purchase Necessary — How to Obtain Sweep Coins
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Sweep Coins may be obtained free of charge through any of the following methods:
5a. Free Daily Login Bonus
Registered players receive a daily allotment of complimentary Sweep Coins and Golden Coins upon logging into their account. The daily bonus amount is displayed in the player dashboard and may vary by Promotion Period.
5b. Welcome Bonus
New registered accounts receive a one-time welcome allocation of Sweep Coins and Golden Coins credited automatically upon account verification. The current welcome bonus amount is displayed in the player dashboard at the time of registration.
5c. Promotional Events
The Sponsor may award additional Sweep Coins through in-game events, social media promotions, or email campaigns. All such promotions are announced on the site and are available to all eligible participants.

Your request must include: your full legal name, date of birth, e-mailing address, email address associated with (or to be used for) your account, and a statement that you are 21 or older and a legal U.S. resident. One (1) e-mail-in request. Requests received without all required information will not be processed. Allow 4–6 weeks for processing and credit to your account. e-Mail-in requests receive the same Sweep Coin allotment as the standard welcome bonus. Requests must be postmarked no later than thirty (30) days before the end of the applicable Promotion Period.
6. How to Play
Once registered, players select a game from the Sunshine Lots Sweepstakes Arcade and choose their entry mode:
- Golden Coin mode — gameplay deducts from and awards to the Golden Coin wallet. Outcomes in this mode have no sweepstakes value.
- Sweep Coin mode — gameplay deducts from and awards to the Sweep Coin wallet. Winnings in SC mode accumulate in the player's Sweep Coin balance and are subject to the redemption limits in Section 7.
All games use a random number generator (RNG). The RNG mechanics and percentages are identical in both GC and SC modes. No game of skill or any strategy improves a participant's probability of winning Sweep Coins.
7. Prize Pool & Redemption
7a. Total Prize Pool
The total prize pool for each Promotion Period is $1,500 USD. This pool is available for redemption by eligible participants on a first-come, first-served basis until exhausted or until the Promotion Period ends, whichever occurs first. Once the prize pool for a Promotion Period is exhausted, no further redemptions will be accepted for that period regardless of any participant's Sweep Coin balance. The current remaining pool balance is displayed in the player dashboard. Players who have accumulated SC but have not yet redeemed when the pool closes may carry their SC balance forward to the next Promotion Period per Section 8.
7b. Per-Player Redemption Limit
Each eligible participant may redeem Sweep Coins for gift card prizes up to the total remaining prize pool for the current Promotion Period (currently $1,500 at the start of each period). There is no fixed per-player ceiling below the pool total — in principle, a single eligible participant could redeem the entire prize pool within a Promotion Period, subject to availability and order of receipt. Players may not combine accounts or transfer SC to another account to circumvent these Rules.
7c. Pool Exhaustion
The number of winners per Promotion Period is not fixed in advance. Redemptions are honored in the order they are received and successfully verified until the prize pool is exhausted. If you initiate a redemption while the pool has sufficient balance but the pool is exhausted by another participant's redemption between your request and your KYC completion, the Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to honor your request if pool balance allows; otherwise your SC balance will remain in your account and carry forward to the next Promotion Period.
7d. Redemption & Available Prizes
Sweep Coins are redeemable for Gift card prizes for the current Promotion Period .:
- Visa Gift Card
- MasterCard Gift Card.
All gift cards are delivered digitally by email within five (5) days of KYC approval and successful redemption. The Sponsor reserves the right to update available denominations or add additional gift card brands in future Promotion Periods. Current available prizes are always displayed in the player dashboard at the time of redemption.
7e. Redemption Process & KYC (Mandatory)
KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification is mandatory before any Sweep Coin redemption will be processed. No prize may be released without successful KYC completion. Verification requires:
- Government-issued photo identification (driver's license, passport, or state ID);
- A selfie photograph matching the submitted ID;
- Confirmation of mailing address;
- A signed declaration confirming eligibility (age 21+, U.S. resident, not in a prohibited jurisdiction);
- Tax identification information (IRS Form W-9) where required under Section 10.
KYC must be completed only once per account; subsequent redemptions in future Promotion Periods do not require re-verification unless personal information has changed or the Sponsor requests re-verification. Account age of at least fourteen (14) days is required before any redemption may be initiated. The Sponsor reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify identity. Redemption requests that cannot be verified within fourteen (14) days of submission will be voided and the corresponding SC balance returned to the player's account. The Sponsor will fulfill verified redemptions within thirty (30) days of KYC approval.
8. Coin Rollover & Loyalty Recognition
8a. Golden Coin Rollover
Any unused Golden Coins remaining in a player's wallet at the end of a Promotion Period automatically carry forward to the next Promotion Period at no additional cost. Golden Coins are not subject to expiration as long as the player's account remains active (defined as at least one login in any rolling 12-month period).
8b. Sweep Coin Rollover
Any unused Sweep Coins remaining in a player's wallet at the end of a Promotion Period automatically carry forward to the next Promotion Period. Carried-over SC retain their redemption value in the new Promotion Period, subject to the new period's prize pool availability. The Sponsor does not deduct, expire, or reset Sweep Coin balances at the end of a Promotion Period.
8c. Golden Coin Loyalty — Merchandise Redemption
Accumulated Golden Coins serve as the player's loyalty currency and are redeemable for branded merchandise from the Sunshine Lots merchandise store. Available merchandise items, their Golden Coin costs, and shipping terms are displayed in the player dashboard merchandise store. Merchandise prizes are not cash prizes and are not subject to the Sweep Coin prize pool described in Section 7. Merchandise availability, item assortment, and Golden Coin pricing may change at any time at the Sponsor's discretion.
8d. Sweep Coin Expiration
Sweep Coins expire if an account has been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months. Inactive is defined as no login during the preceding 12-month period. The Sponsor will send a reminder email to the address on file at the 10-month mark. Expired SC cannot be reinstated. GC are subject to the same inactivity policy.
9. Account Registration & Conduct
One (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, or use of automated means to play or redeem are prohibited and will result in permanent disqualification and forfeiture of all balances. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You agree not to:
- Create accounts using false identity information;
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service;
- Exploit bugs or errors to accumulate SC or GC beyond intended game outcomes;
- Sell, transfer, or broker SC or GC balances to any third party;
- Attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs or other means.
- For game fairness only one package of Gold Coins is allowed to be purchased per account, combine package cannot exceed $150 in purchase
The Sponsor reserves the right to audit any account and to withhold or void any SC balance pending investigation. Determinations by the Sponsor regarding violations are final.
10. Taxes & Reporting
All applicable tax documentation will be issued to winners as required by law, and KYC identity verification is mandatory before any prize redemption. Because the per-player redemption limit for a Promotion Period extends up to the full prize pool ($1,500 USD), a single participant's cumulative redemptions in a calendar year may reach or exceed federal and state tax reporting thresholds.
Participants whose cumulative prize redemptions reach or exceed the applicable federal reporting threshold in a calendar year will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent tax identification documentation) prior to fulfillment of any redemption that would cause them to cross that threshold. The Sponsor will issue the applicable IRS information return (e.g., Form 1099-MISC or Form 1099-NEC) for the calendar year in which prizes were paid, and will provide a copy to the participant by the deadline specified by the IRS. Where applicable state tax reporting is required, the Sponsor will also comply with those requirements.
Failure to provide requested tax documentation will result in the affected redemption being held pending receipt of the documentation; if documentation is not provided within a reasonable period the redemption will be voided and the corresponding SC balance returned to the player's account. Winners are solely responsible for any additional tax obligations in their jurisdiction; the Sponsor does not provide tax advice and encourages winners to consult a tax professional.
11. Intellectual Property
All game software, graphics, art, sound, and content on the Service are owned by Sunshine Lots LLC or its licensors. No license to copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any game or content is granted by participation in this Promotion.
12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service and all games are provided "as is." The Sponsor makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sponsor's total liability to any participant arising from this Promotion shall not exceed the value of the prize actually awarded to that participant. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, network interruptions, or server errors that affect gameplay or SC accumulation.
13. Modification & Cancellation
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other event beyond the Sponsor's control compromises the integrity of the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, the Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to honor verified redemption requests that were submitted prior to the cancellation date. No further compensation will be owed to participants for cancelled Promotion Periods.
14. Responsible Play
Even in a free-to-play environment, extended use of arcade-style games can be unhealthy for some individuals. We encourage all players to take regular breaks and to keep gameplay in perspective. If you or someone you know may have a problem with gaming or gambling, free resources are available through the National Council on Problem Gambling (1-800-522-4700) or your local equivalent. Sunshine Lots does not facilitate real-money wagering.
15. Governing Law
These Official Rules and any dispute arising from participation in the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. By participating, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Florida for any such dispute. This Promotion is governed by Florida law; as the total prize pool does not exceed $5,000, no Florida Department of State registration or bond is required.
16. Changes to These Rules
The Sponsor may update these Official Rules at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page and announced in the player dashboard. Continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules.
